same condition, new behavior
Clarification:
Under a specific condition, one might do an action. If that person learned, then under the same condition he will do a different action
For example:
If I open the door, you might say: “Hi”.
Then if I tell you to say instead: “Welcome to Starbucks”
If I open the door again, and you say: “Welcome to Starbucks”. Then learning has occurred
If you say anything but that, then you have not learned.
